HAVANA, 1/10/2026

As part of the sustainability commitment announced on its 30th anniversary, Bluesafe has reached a fundamental milestone in its energy transition project. The company has successfully concluded the complete physical installation of the photovoltaic system with energy storage at its corporate office in Havana, now moving into the crucial phase of configuration, fine-tuning, and commissioning.

This advancement, which has already transformed the silhouette of the building housing its administrative and commercial operations, not only aims for energy autonomy but is also a strategic investment in modernity and responsibility. It materializes the previously presented plan through which Bluesafe seeks to fully self-supply the electrical consumption of this headquarters and contribute surplus energy to the National Electric System.

From Structure to System Intelligence: A Commitment to Efficiency

The completion of the installation encompasses the placement and connection of all solar panels, inverters, and the battery system. With this physical stage finished, the project enters an equally decisive technical phase: configuration and fine-tuning to achieve maximum efficiency.

Specialized teams will begin the start-up work, which includes:

  • Comprehensive safety and functionality testing.

  • Configuration of the energy monitoring and intelligent management software.

  • Optimization of the algorithms that will decide between self-consumption, battery storage, or grid injection.

  • Calibration of the protection and synchronization systems with the national power grid.

A Symbol of Resilience and Commitment to the Environment

For a company whose portfolio is focused on protection and prevention, this investment in clean energy functions as a brand reinforcement: anticipation, care, and innovation. The project's visibility at its main headquarters sends a clear message of adaptation and confidence in its operations in Cuba.

Once these adjustments are concluded and the final tests are passed, the formal connection and commercial start-up will proceed. Bluesafe maintains its roadmap so that, in the coming weeks, its Havana office will begin drastically reducing its carbon footprint and become a practical example of distributed generation and responsible consumption within the Cuban business sector.
